SHIPPING POLICY

 

House of Brims offers complimentary standard shipping on US orders over $100. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, so orders placed on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

US delivery times (after processing):

Standard shipping: 3–6 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International orders: International customers are offered standard and express shipping. Delivery takes 3–14 business days after processing, depending on the destination. International orders over $300 ship free (standard). Duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price and are collected by the carrier at delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, email customercare@houseofbrims.com with your full name and order number and we'll look into it. House of Brims is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs or other factors outside our control.
