Returns for U.S. Customers

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at House of Brims. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days
of the original ship date.

 

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our returns portal:

To be eligible for return, items must be:

In new, unused, and unworn condition

Free of damage

Returned with original tags and packaging

 

We offer refunds to your original payment method for eligible returns.
Please note: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Once your return is submitted through the portal, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

 

Please allow up to 5–7 business days after your return is received for your refund to be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Note: Returns requested after the 14-day window may not be accepted unless delayed due to postal or handling issues.

International customers are responsible for the cost of their respective returns- shipping charges including taxes and duties. Once a return has been approved, please mail your return package to the address below:
