Returns & Exchanges for U.S. Orders
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at House of Brims. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it. Final Sale items are excluded.
All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Returns Portal: https://houseofbrims.loopreturns.com
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Visit our Returns Portal (link above).
2. Enter your order number (in your confirmation email) and email address.
3. Select the item(s).
4. Choose an exchange, store credit or a refund (if applicable).
5. Choose your reason and follow the steps to get your label.
Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style are free. Your prepaid return label is created automatically when you start your exchange in our Returns Portal.
Returns: For full-price items, you can choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Your prepaid return label is created automatically in our Returns Portal. Store credit has no fee. Refunds have a $10 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of your return arriving.
Before you return for size: most of our wool hats have an adjustable sweatband. Try adjusting it first; it often solves a loose fit.
Sale items: Items on sale can be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit within 30 days. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Eligibility: Items must be new, unworn and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, including for a different size. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Returns for International Orders
We accept returns on international orders; exchanges are not available. To arrange a return, email customercare@houseofbrims.com within 30 days of delivery. International customers pay their own return shipping, including any taxes and duties. Original shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, mail it to:
