I specifically chose HoB because I wanted to support a black owned business in preparation for the Cowboy Carter tour that was coming to town. They were tagged in a social media post and I checked them out. I fell in love with the The Roundup Part II Cowboy hat and was a little deterred by the price so I looked at other shops to see what they had to offer. I could not stop thinking about that hat! I went back to it a few days later and pulled the plug and could not be happier about the decision. It is made with high quality material. It fit perfectly and it looked so good on my head! I (almost) felt like a real cowgirl! Now I'm trying to find other western inspired events to attend for the sole purpose of rocking my hat! Also, the limited interaction I had with customer service was elite. I was afraid the hat wouldn’t arrive in time so I reached out and got a response within 24 hours along with assurance the hat would be at my house in time for me to two-step to Texas Hold ‘Em with everyone else! I appreciated the prompt response along with the professionalism that accompanied it.
